Each year, the Project Grad parent committee fundraises to cover operational expenses, quality gifts and prizes, and engaging activities for GHS Graduates on the night of their high school graduation. To achieve this, parent volunteers recruit our amazing network of support from local businesses and individuals. Without their generosity, Project Grad would not exist. We are deeply appreciative of the support and are committed to fiscal responsibility for the funds entrusted to us. Any funds that remain from the current year's efforts are deposited into a carry-over account for next year's Project Graduation.
Donations pathways are currently closed for 2024. Please visit us again in 2025 for donating to the Class of 2025 Project Graduation.
Sponsorship typically goes directly to a larger, specific activity or attraction. For example, you might be interested in sponsoring rental for a Mechanical Bull, Sumo Wrestling, a Professional Photo Booth, or Catering. Sponsorships can be a monetary contribution or a donation of goods or services. If you would like to sponsor an activity, please click on the button below and provide us with some general information. Someone from our Project Grad planning committee will follow up to help answer questions and coordinate your sponsorship.
Our most popular choice, monetary donations from individuals and businesses cover a wide array of needs and wishes. This is our preferred method of donating as it allows the Project Grad planning committee the most flexibility in delegating resources for a variety of needs and purposes. Food, decorations, activities, entertainment, materials, facility rental, and prizes are typical purchases made possible with monetary donations.
Some businesses choose to generously donate inventory, goods, or experiences to our cause. These types of donations go directly to prize drawings for our Project Grad Participants. Click the button below to provide us with some general information and someone from the Project Grad planning committee will follow-up with you.
We want to give as much back as we can to the community that supports us. We are proud and humbled by the generosity of our sponsors and donors, and we make it a point to ensure our gratitude is visible and felt by all. All businesses and individuals who do not remain anonymous will be featured on our gratitude page and in the local newspaper.
